This continues the Vampire Federation series.

The Cross of Ardaich, thought to be destroyed, has been found.  Its power could signal the end of civilization. A serial killer has become the perfect tool for those searching for the Cross in return for becoming part of the ranks of the undead. Chasing him are detective Joel Solomon and Federation agent Alex Bishop.

If the Cross falls into the hands of the Ubervampyrs, humans will be enslaved as blood donors and civilization is over. Joel and Alex are enemies must work together to foil the Ubervampyr’s plans and regain the cross to save the world.

Lots of action, and twists to keep the reader engaged. Interesting and well-drawn characters to draw the reader into the plot and the world is well drawn as well.
