Another pun filled romp through the world of Xanth.

Picka and Joy’nt are the two offspring of Marrow and Grace’l two walking skeletons from the gourd realm. Having no prospects for mates and with Picka not having a talent, life in Xanth was getting very dull. However, the arrival of three pets from Mundania gave them the idea to speak to Good Magician Humfrey and discover Picka’s talent and the pet’s purpose.

They meet Princess Dawn and agree to help her find Pundora’s box and try to re-contain all the puns loosed in Xanth. Along the way they meet Skully, Granola, and a host of other pun-derful people. Also along the way Dawn finds love, Picka finds his talent, and Caprice Castle finds a tenant.
