Simon R. Green’s Nightside world is a wonderfully dark and dangerous place, a secret, not quite seen, side of London. I was sad to see the series end and thus was pleased to get this wonderful collection of short stories to take one more trip into the Nightside.

Tales from the Nightside gives us ten stories, four feature John Taylor but we also get to find out how Razor Eddie became Punk God of the Straight Razor and (finally!) how Dead Boy became Dead Boy.

For those who followed the series this is a welcome return to a strange world and dangerous character. If you are new to the Nightside this is but a small taste of all you will find in the books. Recommended. ~~ Stephanie L Bannon
