A Movie Top Score Game
Laurence King Publishing; Gmc Crds edition, $9.99
Released: February 20, 2018

Sci-Fi: A Top Movie Score Game to be published by Laurence King in February 2018 is the ultimate showdown of classic sc-fi films.

Who has the best special effects – Avatar or Gravity? Who is has the biggest cult following – The Matrix or ET?  Which film best predicted the future – Blade Runner or 2001: Space Odyssey?

In this brand new card set, competitive fans can compare their knowledge of some of the world’s most famous sci-fi films.

The game includes facts and trivia on thrity-two iconic films, with illustrations by Giordano Poloni.”

My husband took this to his regular weekly game group and they played a few rounds. The consensus was that this is not challenging for adults, it is basically War played with special cards about movies instead of just a regular deck of cards. They also thought it would be a great game for kids or for a parent to play with their kids both as a game and as an introduction to classic sci-fi films.  ~~ Stephanie L Bannon
