What makes a convention a "good" vs "bad" experience?

An exploration of both the tangible and intangibles that go into creating a
successful convention experience for the attendees while not killing the
staff or bankrupting the group

Dealer Room Ins and Outs

What is the correct dealers to attendee ratio?

How to deal with pushy vendors?

What is the correct balance of vendor types?

Convention Security

Visible or invisible?

What qualities do you look for in a good security recruit?

Proper radio etiquette
