DEALER LIAISON

Time Needed Pre-Con - 1-2 hours weekly
Time Needed At-Con - Full time Thursday thru Sunday
PRE-CON
Coordinates with Banker, Industry, Guest Liaison and Hotel Liaison to determine number of tables
Determines layout for Dealer area - turns in to Hotel Liaison
Handles requests for space
Co-ordinates with Banker to determine dealers have paid for their space
Collects signed paperwork from dealers
Sends dealer names to Registration so dealer badges can be made
AT-CON
Is present during dealer set up to assign tables
Is available to handle any problems during the convention
Is present during opening and closing each day
Is present during final tear down on Sunday
POST-CON
Provides report of dealers with contact info for the organization’s records
Turns over all signed contracts to Banker
