PRE-CON

Determines rules for Karaoke contest
Acquires music/songs

AT-CON

Sets up equipment
Runs area
Runs contest
Acquires contact info for all contestants and winners
At closing on Sunday, tears down and packs equipment and returns it to Program Ops

POST-CON

Provides names of contest winners to web master and Banker.
Banker also gets contact info
