Needs:

Driver's License
Ability to rent the truck (credit card for rental)
Ability to drive a 24-28 ft truck with lift gate
Ability to lift up to 50lb or
A staff of at least 10 people who can lift up to 50 lbs
Must be available Thursday pre-con and Monday post-con for moving items
Ability to stay within budget
Time Needed Pre-Con - 1 hour weekly
Time Needed At-Con - 4-6 on set up and tear down days

Overall Job Description:

Compiles list of needed items by questioning each committee member about their needs
Find out where needed items are located
Reserves truck at least 60 days pre-con
Rents truck
Picks stuff up - usually on Wednesday night or Thursday morning
Unloads stuff at con and distributes to appropriate areas
On Sunday start assembling items that need to be returned into one central area.
Load truck
Late Sunday night (after midnight) or early Monday morning load Consuite items and any other last minute stuff.
Return all items to their original location
