OVERALL JOB DESCRIPTION

This area is responsible for advertising the convention.

PRE-CON

Consults with Publications on creation of flyers and ads
Looks for new places to distribute flyers
Distributes flyers
Contacts other conventions for program book advertisement - either ad exchange or purchase
Contacts other conventions about placement of convention flyers on their freebie table
Arranges any promotional events such as table sitting at local stores or conventions
Provides updates to Webmaster in a timely manner

POST-CON

Prepares a report listing all places flyers, ads, etc were distributed. Report must contain all contact info for those places.
