Throw in a renegade sorcerer, some dragons on the hunt, a leprechaun shop assistant and the everyday entanglements of love, relationships and family squabbles and you have a delightful mix that will keep you turning page after page, eager to see what happens next. While this was initially listed as a stand-alone novel Ms Huff relented and followed it up with a sequel in 2011, The Wild Ways. Hopefully she will not make us wait too long before she brings us yet more adventures with Alysha and her family. Highly recommended ~~ Stephanie L Bannon
