Joining the current fad of intricate coloring books for adults, we have forty-five illustrations by illustrators Juan Alarcón, Yvonne Gilbert, Craig Phillips, Jon Proctor, Tomislav Tomic, and Rebecca Zomchek. The illustrations range from landscapes, a closeup of Claire’s wedding gown, a stable scene, a castle and Claire in her herb garden surrounded by doves. The page facing each illustration features a quote from the book.  This seems to cover only the first book in the Outlander series as the last illustration is a ship with a quote about Bonnie Prince Charlie coming the following year. The illustrations range from simple to very intricate, fine tipped colored pencils will be the best bet for coloring these illustrations.
